    Millennials And Older Generations

    At times, I find myself thinking about myself early in my career as a young Gen-Xer working at Deloitte Consulting. At the time, I was certainly looking to get ahead in my business career. But I have to admit that I was equally consumed with living out my alter ego of playing in an alternative rock band after work, hanging out with my social network (which at the time revolved mostly around playing beach volleyball with my fellow Gen-Xers) and coaching Special Olympics basketball.
