November 20, 2019 is Latina Equal Pay Day. In 2019, Latinas are still among the most negatively affected by the pay gap, and progress is going backwards. In 2017, Latinas earned 54 cents for every dollar the average white, non-Hispanic man made, and in 2018 and 2019, they earned just 53 cents.
