    With majority of Millennials in the workforce today, curtains are down on an era where employees stuck with just one company. Changing companies were not taken in a very positive light, back then. Even today, many companies and leaders harbor resentments toward employees who leave, regarding them as “traitors,” says Kronos CEO Aron Ain.
