Companies are always looking for new ways to hire, train and motivate staff as well as to promote their health and wellness. Employee turnover is always a big problem and a gamble. You never know how a new employee is going to turn out. However, one of the ways that this is being used to reduce turnover and attract millennial talent is the use of gamification. What is gamification? It is the idea of adding typical game elements e.g. point scoring, levels etc. to an already existing process like recruiting, in order to encourage engagement.
