    The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a period of disruption and transformation in business, with a shift to more remote working and implementation of virtual solutions at a quick rate. Although the transition was drastic, it also provided an opportunity to observe and understand how different generations of employees reacted and adapted to it. New research conducted by McCarthy & Stone has found that the Covid-19 crisis has seen a significant narrowing of the generation gap. Workers of all age groups have been collaborating in new and positive ways and learning from each other.
