    For the last few years, employers have been struggling with a shrinking talent pool, and the pandemic-led Great Resignation has only amplified the process. With a record 4.3 million workers quitting their jobs in August last year, and the prediction that more than 85 million jobs could go unfilled by 2030 (Source: Korn Ferry), there seems to be no relief in sight.



    The Covid-19 pandemic and remote working opportunity altered the mindset of people with regard to when, where and why they want to work. As employees have the upper hand in today's job market, organizations should work hard on reorganizing talent management strategies to attract and retain the best possible talent.
