With a few more days left to reach the finish line of this year, planning and preparations to meet the next business year is on. Though managing and retaining the workforce has been quite a challenge in the recent years, organizations are doing their best to make this work. So as we step into year 2019, let’s be hopeful that the year will bring in the best for the workforce.
Companies that can harness the power of thanks and create a more humane workplace stand to reap significant rewards both culturally and financially.
