Fast-forward through the rise of LinkedIn and employment marketplaces such as SEEK, and the value of ATS has increased exponentially to employers, especially as the Covid-19 crisis continues to reshape the future of recruitment.

Featured on the cover is Employment Hero's Chief People Officer Alex Hattingh's Applicant Tracking Systems To Accelerate The Future Of Work. In this article, Alex talks about how the ATS software is set to embrace the next evolution in the future of work: remote recruitment.
Moving on, there is Jonathan Kestenbaum's article where he lists down 7 (Really Good) Reasons For Your ATS And CRM To Be On The Same Platform.
