As the world shifted over the last year, hiring practices changed as well. And while things will eventually return to normal, that normal may not look the same as it once did. More than half of workers would rather not return to offices when the pandemic is over.
Your hiring process is either helping or hindering your recruiting efforts to attract the best talent. When you update and evaluate your hiring process, use a high-tech high-touch approach. High-tech software helps identify qualified candidates quickly but does not replace human interaction.
Heading into 2021, it’s difficult to predict what the recruiting landscape is going to look like. With threats of shutdowns, layoffs, and more unknowns, talent teams need to understand how to optimize their remote recruiting processes.

The economy is creeping back from our national shutdown and quarantine, and many firms are ramping up their hiring. In fact, some companies never stopped onboarding new employees. They simply pivoted their process and forged ahead.
In 2020, the world adapted to the “new normal” of remote work and flexibility overnight and the ways that people look and interview for jobs have followed suit.
