    With over 38 million people having quit their jobs this year, 2021 can be called the year of quits. 

    A record-high 4.4 million people, or 3% of the total U.S. workforce, quit their job in September, followed by 4.2 million in October!

    The on-again, off-again "war for talent", this time brought in by the "great resignation," has yet again put talent acquisition professionals under intense pressure to hire quality employees, who can be retained over time.
     


    In this extremely candidate-driven labor market, many are leaning heavily on talent acquisition (TA) technologies to help them quickly and efficiently fill vacancies with qualified candidates. TA technologies are not just a nice-to-have aspect of the recruitment process, they are an absolute necessity today.
