Today’s workforce statistics reveal a startling fact about U.S. employees—they’re not happy at work. Only 33 percent of American workers report feeling engaged in their current role, and 51 percent are actively looking for a new job. Additionally, less than 20 percent of the workforce say their company leadership makes them feel motivated and excited about their career trajectory. By looking at these numbers, it’s clear that U.S. employers are failing to properly engage and empower their employees.
