Employee Engagement Lessons From Kindergarten: How to be inspired entrepreneurs

With the school year now underway, I have been reflecting on how my kids have grown. This year marked the milestone of sending my oldest to public school and with that came the anxiety of putting my kindergartener on a bus. This would be the first time I didn’t directly hand my five year old over to the person who would be caring for her. Unfortunately, a recent survey of employee users and IT professionals has shown that corporate computers aren’t meeting employee expectations regarding speed of log on or other processing tasks, giving employees ample opportunity to chat, text, kibitch or check the latest sports scores while waiting for their computer to “do something.”
