Millennials matter. With over 86 million expected to be in the workforce by 2020—40% of the total working population—we need to understand how to build connections with this generation, while recruiting top talent and building their loyalty in the process. One thing is for certain: Millennials don’t think like previous generations, and an engagement strategy for yesterday’s employees will most certainly fail.
