Are you clear about your purpose in life? If yes, you are lucky. Many of us are so involved in day-to-day struggles that we can´t seem to find the time and/or energy to think about what we truly want in our career and life.
Do you know what your true calling is? If so, congratulations – it seems there aren´t too many out there who are clear on what their life´s purpose is. Many of us are so involved in day-to-day struggles that we can´t seem to find the time and/or energy to think about what we truly want in our career and life.
Our level of introversion or extroversion fundamentally influences the way we learn, work, and interact. Introverts gain energy from solitude or 1-1 interaction and get depleted from group time or overly-stimulating environments, while extroverts gain energy from engaging with others and get depleted from time alone. Ambiverts fall somewhere in the middle.
Has it ever occurred to you to talk to your body? Rather than the negative, judgment-filled talk most people project at themselves, what if you actually began to engage with that beautiful body of yours? One amazing thing you might not know about bodies is that they will talk to you, too. You just have to listen.
“What did you do today that made you feel stupid?” is a question I was recently asked. I paused, taken aback and puzzled by the phrasing and intent of the question.
For the purposes of this article, we will focus on the seven key qualities and characteristics of joy, which leads to happiness that you can directly influence. They provide the framework for achieving happiness.
Of course, there are times in everyone’s career when they probably wish they had some sort of superpower. Perhaps to get their work done quicker, to conjure up amazing new ideas or sway decision makers’ minds.
For those of you not up on the lingo, Imposter Syndrome is when people feel they are not experienced, qualified, or talented enough to be in the position they are in (such as a new role in a company).
