Make Success Simple: Four tools you need to know

It shouldn’t be a confusing question. Either you get it and you’re on board with how people fuel performance, or you aren’t. I don’t judge, and I respect leaders when they tell me they don’t get the whole “employees are our greatest asset” thing. It makes complete sense to me how someone who has been working their hardest for years to achieve their aspirations, gets there, and the playing field is completely different.
