We all go through phases where we feel like we are stuck somewhere and are unable to chase our goals and dreams. Although self-motivation works, many of us find it difficult to stay motivated over time. How to pick yourself up when you are feeling down?
Common laments often heard are “I wish I had…”, “I should have…”, “If only I had…”. They stem from an individual’s inability to recognize opportunities when they appear or to act on them. Throughout our lifetime, opportunities appear along our path.
