It’s 2019. A fresh new year for a great start. A perfect time for resolutions, goal setting and planning what the next dozen have in store for us. It is also that time of the year, when we reflect on what worked for us and what did not in the previous year.
What do you desire as your life? If you woke up tomorrow morning and had everything you desired, what would that be? Whatever that is, start moving towards that today. Throw away that wish list. Start a create list and get going!
Write down everything you owe, then separate the facts from the stories you've made up. Remember, your interpretations of the financial facts are not necessarily true, and regardless, they may get you in trouble by limiting what you consider possible.

I remember working with a Chief Operating Officer in an advertising agency in New York City. He was always complaining that nobody understood how to get the work done without his supervision. His lack of trust had been going on for years, a constant drain to everyone's energy and enthusiasm.
Having something you desire and hope to achieve makes every other decision thereafter easy. You’re able to walk away from people, deals, and contracts that don’t suit you or your organization, because you know what your ultimate vision is.
