It’s that month of the year again when love is celebrated with all its pomp and glory. We all want to be loved, accepted and recognized. Without love, sometimes we lose the purpose of our existence. Have you ever thought about making love a practice?
We tend to avoid talking about love in the context of the workplace. Most of us associate the word love with the personal and not the professional. But in a fuller context, love has many spectrums that include caring, consideration, civility, restraint, and understanding one’s intention before making decisions or taking action.

I ballooned up to 202 pounds in July of '93 and couldn't stand it. I had been about 182 for most of my adult life and felt comfortable at that weight.
