The year 2020 made us all pause for a while, as a virus changed our lives forever. The things we took for granted were snatched away from us. But, we met our families as we never had time to do. We met our innermost thoughts in ways we never had wanted to.
“I never had time to change my life.” Revelatory words spoken by a friend of mine during the middle of Covid. But she changed. And we all changed.
To procrastinate in life is to create unnecessary stress in your body. How many times have you put off something that you don’t want to do, yet you feel that you need to do it, such as paying taxes or bills, or creating your next speech, book, presentation, or business plan?
