It is impossible to open a magazine, turn on the news, or browse the internet without coming across multiple headlines about the need for more women in positions of leadership.
There are about 24 million managers in the U.S. workforce, and research suggests that there is great opportunity to improve their effectiveness. American Management Association (AMA), using research conducted on thousands of leaders globally.
Women in Leadership Survey 2020 ran during January and February of 2020 with over 400 responses. These results stem from HR professionals in every industry vertical across the world, with most respondents residing in North America.
