Increasing gender diversity in the leadership ranks is a serious business issue, and it’s one that desperately needs to be looked into. Under current conditions, including a widening economic gap, it will take 170 years for women to be equal to men, according to a study from the World Economic Forum. It would not be a surprise if this happened 100 years ago, but knowing that nothing much has changed even today is quite discouraging.
