    Happy New Year! Welcome to the January issue of Leadership Excellence.



    The year 2020 will be remembered for Covid-19 and will be marked in the history as a year that brought in disruptions to the extent no one imagined. Work, workforce and workplace has been transformed and leaders had it tough. Managing the workforce during the crisis was an ultimate test of leadership and a great learning curve for leaders. Many of the leadership skills that leaders honed over the years are out the window and new skills are in. In this new age, there’s a growing movement to apply agile principles to leadership and organizational development.
