I believe we first need to agree on what harassment is first. We know that two people can do or say the same thing, yet the one guy who liked and has a reputation as a "good guy" will not have a problem with what he said or did, yet the other guy, who is not liked, will be called on the carpet - we need to get to a place of honesty and willingness to give the benefit of the doubt.
