    Why to Build a Strong Organizational Culture Now

    Every organization has its own culture, which encompasses core values, beliefs, vision, mission, strategic objectives, customs, and practices. Today, in order to remain competitive, employers need to re-evaluate their company’s culture to reflect the new normal of virtual and hybrid work. To build an enduring culture, leaders should understand the new drivers of culture and how culture is operationalized in the new work environments.
     


    What workplace culture should leaders prioritize this year? Where should leaders focus their attention?
