Women working in niche fields, such as security, data analytics or as entrepreneurs, are transforming our workplace culture for the better. Engaging employees and having a deep understanding of technology enables women to help others excel at their personal careers. Read the article for tips on finding women with key traits that can help transform your organization.

Read Claretha Hughes and Camilla Shumaker’s article, What’s Your DQ? to know why diversity intelligence is an important skill for workplace leaders.

Also included are exclusive interviews with top winners of LEAD 2018 Awards. The winners share details of their award winning programs and plans ahead.
