    7 HR Myths: The truth behind it

    There are many false ideas about Human Resource Management. I have listed 7 HR myths here:
    Myth #1: HR departments cannot be run strategically. We need to handle daily problems!
    The truth: If HR departments have an influence on the company’s direction, they can employ and develop the talents that would fulfill company’s vision.
