    HR has been at the center of all the action in the workplace for the past two years, triggered by the pandemic situation. This has not only highlighted the importance of HR but also the scope of what they can accomplish. 

    The changing work models, the great resignation, acceleration of digitalization, and a growing emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing have fundamentally transformed the way businesses and employees function. And with HR professionals at the epicenter of these transitions, it is important that they are equipped with the right skills and technologies to meet constant changes related to evolving employee and employment trends.
