    People Management: Managing the People Side of Change is not All Soft and Fuzzy

    So how do you actually manage the people elements of change? We see so many clients who talk about the difficulties of change and recognize that they have issues with awareness, adoption, or internalization of new behaviors. But lots get stumped when it comes to actually doing anything about it. We hear things like, “It is the soft and fuzzy stuff”, “you can’t really change behavior”, “the people stuff will just work itself out”, or “we just need a good leader to get the people on board.”
