Just a couple more days to go and 2020 will be history. Living through the lockdowns, abrupt shifting to remote working, losing jobs, mental and emotional turmoil - the roller-coaster year has made the future look uncertain.
To say that 2020 was a challenge is an understatement. Covid-19’s disruption impacted both work and personal lives, with many human resources leaders working fast and furious to keep up with this new way of working.
