Today, AI is revolutionizing the way we work and make HR plans. Though AI has the power to take your HR experience to the higher level, the question ‘to AI or not to AI,’ still exists. However, AI has already become important to HR and will only become more important in the years ahead. For the foreseeable future, HR professionals will need to invest in expanding their understanding of AI and keeping that understanding up-to-date.
