As we close one action-packed year and look forward to starting the new one, though it’s a bit stressful, its equally exciting. For the HR folks, it’s that time of the year when everyone begins looking toward the New Year and what it holds for HR. Some of the top predictions for 2017 included employee wellbeing, digitizing HR, big data and real-time feedback, AI making a big splash in HR, annual performance reviews evolving into more continuous reviews, focus on team over individual performances etc.

What organizations are looking for from HR technology are a set of improved results.
