    Being the Talent Acquisition Head, Tina (name changed) was asked to organize an Assessment Center to screen internal candidates who have recently applied in response to a vacancy announcement advertised internally. Due to budget constraints, Tina was given the condition to use company logistics only and was asked to choose her own team members from other departments (including panel of assessors) for the intended day long Assessment Center. Getting a rare chance to prove HR worthiness in an organization that has always considered HR as an inconsequential department- Tina was thoroughly excited and started working on this task straightaway.
