    Modern HR Trends – 2016: The changing HR landscape

    One of the hottest topics in HR right now is performance reviews. In the recent past (and still the case for many) performance reviews have forced rankings with limited options beyond the built-in criterion. They have been time-consuming and costly. Often, the result is more of a “performance snapshot.” Managers are often backed into a corner and produce more of a sub-par effort while employees grimace at the thought of this once a year ritual.
