    Welcome to the second issue of our bi-monthly human capital management (HCM) eMagazine - HCM Excellence (APAC & Middle East). In this issue, we have hand-picked a bunch of relevant articles, along with a couple of interviews with HR experts, that will throw light on the latest HR developments, regulations, and practices in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East regions.

     
    Inequality is a kind of social disease that can manifest in many forms. The reasons for such manifestations are sometimes not clear and could be found overlapping. However, Unconscious is not that convoluted as it is a part of life. Anyone can have them, everyone harbors them and carries it with them wherever they go, including the workplace. These biases can, therefore, influence office diversity, promotion, recruiting & retention and even shape the office culture. Read Manoj Agarwal's article, Bye Bye Bias, Hello!
