    As the focus on employee health and well-being is increasing, corporate wellness programs are gradually becoming the order of the day. A healthy and happy employee is a productive employee. It is evident that employee’s health affects more than just medical costs. Hence, employers have a tremendous opportunity and an important role to play to set the tone for the employees to adopt a healthier lifestyle and work-life balance.   



    A supportive work culture that emphasizes and implements a customized wellness strategy can keep employees motivated and engaged in leading a healthy lifestyle.
