Are you happy at work? Are the people who work for you happy? If you think you don’t have time to take on your own and others’ happiness on the job, you might want to think again. Year after year, Gallup finds that nearly two thirds of us are either neutral (meaning we don’t care about our jobs or our organizations) or actively disengaged (meaning we are opting out or even sabotaging results).

A Wisconsin-based company called Three Square Market announced this week that they are giving employees an option to actually install microchips under the skin (between the thumb and forefinger) to allow them to scan into work, log on to their computers and pay for food at vending machines--all with the wave of a hand.
