The letter was signed by CEOs of companies like Postmates, TaskRabbit, InstaCart, DoorDash, as well as Andy Slavitt, acting admin of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services under Barack Obama; and Ezekiel Emanuel, a health-care adviser to Obama, and hopes to install a window for people to sign up for affordable health insurance before the next open enrollment.
