    Enrollment Planning and Communication: So much to learn … so little time

    With summer coming to an end, HR managers should be getting ready to implement policies for the upcoming enrollment season. Needless to say, there’s a lot of work to do. Organizations should be proactive, re-examine what worked well and what didn’t, and plan meticulously for the fall. Even companies whose open enrollment communications and employee participation went well last year likely experienced a few bumps in the road that can be smoothed out with proper planning.
