    The workforce is very diverse today. With the changing mode of work, employees are seeking workplaces that reflect their changing needs. Hence, investing in employee wellness will be a significant step toward an employee-centric business model. Also, in this new world of work, traditional benefits can fall short of the evolving needs of employees. Benefits are most effective when they are personalized, as it allows employees to use them in ways that can differ based on gender, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, location, and age.
