    Welcome to the November issue of Personal Excellence. Let us focus on various ways to stay positive in the face of adversity, in this issue of the magazine. 



    Although we know that stress, negativity, fear, unfavourable situations and circumstances are all part of life, especially in times of crisis, sometimes we do not know how to overcome these. We feel trapped and helpless. Is it easy to stay positive in the midst of chaos?
