    Who's right in the Monster.com vs. USAction debate?

    On the one side… Monster.com is portrayed as the innocent middle-man, simply trying to give employers the right to post jobs with the content of their choice. On the other hand, they are facilitators of discrimination against the unemployed and should put a stop to this injustice.

    Who is right in this debate? Is USAction doing the right thing or should they cease and desist with their petition?
