     A friend of mine just sent me a picture of something she had to step in for. Apparently instead of management coming to employees and addressing the issue, they put up a poster board so that everyone could comment on how poorly one shift was performing.

    The company in question the company in question already hasan absurdly high turnover rate, and management is trying to figure out why people are leaving in droves.

    I just thought I'd share this. Some people.
