T's&C's and offer letter.

I have a contract which states I agree to the company terms and conditions some of which state I can be rostered to work a Saturday but I also have a letter of offer that states I work my contracted hours Mon-Fri, which one is right.
Are terms and conditions general but an offer letter is specific to me?
