    Tracking Arrears

I'm looking for a way to track weekly employee benefits.  Currently we use an excel spreadsheet, but it is quickly getting out of hand as our employees work periods are always fluctuating.  Our payroll software doesn't offer a service for tracking arrears, and essentially I am stuck trying to make heads or tails of all of the information.
