Terminating Company Benefits for Merger: Benefit Notices Required?
    05-11-2017 / 11:22 am    #1

We will be terminating one of our smaller companies in the PA/NJ area for a merger into our larger company. What benefit notices need to be provided and what timeline?

The smaller company is 18 employees with health, dental, vision, life, and disability policies.

    Thank you.
