     In a recent study, the CDC found that lifestyle education lowered cholesterol and coronary heart disease levels in employees. Authors assert that "...if employers and employees are willing to participate in a WHP [workplace health program] designed to improve the health of employees at reasonable cost, both parties will benefit."
