In a recent survey, AON Hewitt found that employers are looking for new solutions to the problem of rising healthcare costs, including accountable care organizations and medical home pilots. AON Hewitt asserts that employers must, "break away from traditional benefits programs to innovative models that impact health, performance, and business outcomes.”
