My boss, a bona fide minority, will only promote others who have minority status, and there are no white, heterosexual males in management - only women, African Americans, or homosexuals. Two associate managers who are "rated higher" than the rest of us white, heterosexual males are both bona fide minorities from other countries - one is with less experience in this job than the rest of us and the other is with no supervisory or presentation experience. And neither one were here for a full year last year - one was here only 9 months and the other was on maternity leave for 3 months. The rest of us picked up the stack while both were not here, and yet we get rated lower and paid less. Both are being groomed for the next promotion, and even though I carry the largest workload and am the most qualified, I am not even being considered.

Do I have a legal leg to stand on for reverse descrimination?

    Sincerely,

High performer, but just a white male
