This questions is posed by one of members: Jill Crews with Tomco Equipment Company. Please respond!

Does your company still do performance evaluations? And if yes, who gets the evaluation?

The managers in our company are required to review their hourly employees 3 times per year. In addition to the  performance appraisal portion, they are required to set a goal or explain an area that needs to be worked on, and follow up the next appraisal to ensure that the goal has been met; or find out the reason it hasn't.

Managers in our company are required to review their salaried employees 1 time per year.
