Hope this is a eyeopener for all the Managers/Leads going with their IT companies.
How to evalaute Performance of the associates - Risk free from Associate Point of view?
Most often we could see that Performance Evaluation in any IT based industries is carried out by immediate leads/managers which are technical/Technology minded people.
It is seen that in general Performance of the associate is counted major for his Technical skills, which is good. But recently all over performance is not counted to it's best. Managers lack in assessing the capability such as Psychological, Physical, HR capabilities, Mental abilities for the Performance Evaluation of the associates.
For a proper evaluation all the aspects has to be counted in.
We must have a shot stop for Partiality / Boss's Pets Evaluation on Associates.
The out come of these type of evaluation is the mental Depression of the associate towards the Manager or even to the Industry. Morale of the associates will be extinguished.

1. Level of execution2. Quality of work3. Level of creativity4. Amount of consistent improvement5. Customer and peer feedback6. Sales revenue generated7. Responsiveness to feedback8. Ability to take ownership9. Percentage of tasks completed on time10. Being on time and on budget
